The “Conti” ice resurfacer blade change assistant tool helps operators change out the heavy ice shaving blade on the ice conditioner when required. When not in use, the Conti is required to be stored where it will not be accidently tripped over. Stepping on the Conti is equivalent to stepping on a skateboard which can easily roll out from under someone. Blue Diamond Equipment Innovations has created a set of wall mount storage hooks designed around their extension ladder / extra large stepladder storage hooks except they are a bit longer to accept the base of the Conti. The Conti unit can be stored on a wall off the floor where it creates minimal hazards to the area. Custom storage racks can be made to hold two Conti units if required.
